Standard Shipping

All orders are fulfilled via Printful and shipped domestically through their carrier network (USPS, UPS, FedEx — carrier selected at fulfillment). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

• Standard production time: 3–7 business days
• Standard shipping time: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
• Total estimated delivery: 6–12 business days from order date

Shipping times may vary during peak seasons (holidays, major drops).

Bulk Order Policy

A bulk order is defined as 10 or more units of the same item (same design, same or mixed sizes).

Bulk Discount Tiers

Example — Raglan Hoodie:

• Retail price: $65.00
• 10 units @ 10% off = $58.50/ea → Order total: $585.00
• 25 units @ 20% off = $52.00/ea → Order total: $1,300.00

Discounts are applied automatically at checkout when quantity thresholds are met. Bulk discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

Bulk Order Production & Shipping Time

Due to the volume of items, bulk orders may require additional production time:

• 10–24 units: 5–10 business days production + standard shipping
• 25+ units: 10–14 business days production + standard shipping

Customers will receive a tracking number once the order ships from Printful's fulfillment center.

Returns & Exchanges

Standard Orders

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled. Because all products are print-on-demand, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues on standard orders.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders are not eligible for returns due to change of mind or sizing. However, if 10% or more of your order arrives with print defects or damage, we will replace the affected units at no charge. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photo documentation.
